Installation Instructions:
- Hang the triple foam pumping panel on the wall of your equipment room in the desired location.
- Hang the Chemical Storage Panel 1 foot below the pumping panel. This allows the supply draw tubes to reach from the pump to the bottom of the storage bins.
- Supply 120-volt power to the installed 120-volt-24-volt transformer via wire nuts. (Black wire 120volt Hot / White wire 120volt Neutral)
- Attach the air dryer and regulator (shipped loose to avoid damage) to the bracket mounted on the triple-foam pumping back panel using the securing nut on the regulator.
- Connect both supplied 1/4-inch polytube lines to the push lock fittings on the regulators.
- Connect the 3/8″ polytube lined to the air supply fitting of the air dryer.
- Install the three included HydroMinder in the holding tanks with metering tips installed based on the chemicals being used.
- Connect the supply water to three HydroMinders (it is recommended to use soft water when mixing chemicals).
- Land bay wiring into the appropriate terminals for that bay (Signal Wire will land with the Red /White Stripe relay trigger wire on the terminal strip at the top). Bay neutral should land across from the White /Red Stripe wire at the top. Terminals have an orange lever. Flip the lever away from the terminal, then slide the wire into the terminal, and close the lever back down to secure the wire inside.
- Run 1/4-inch polytubing for air and 3/8-inch product line to the bay equipment (for best results, merge these lines at the bay, not in the equipment room).

Setup and Testing:
- Fill holding tanks through HydroMinder, verifying the float valve shutoff level.
- Set product air pressure to 40 PSI/ set air pressure to 35 PSI.
- Test at the furthest bay from the equipment room.
- If product delivery is not satisfactory, increase each pressure 2-5 psi at a time till achieved. In some cases, it is necessary to increase chemical dilution to achieve the desired show.
