Flowmeter Impeller Wheel
The magnetic impeller that spins inside your flowmeter body and generates the pulses your machine counts to control dose volume. It’s PTFE with two embedded magnets, so the control board reads its rotation through the housing wall.

INSTALLATION
DIY-friendly once the flowmeter body is opened, the impeller simply drops onto its spindle.
PRO TIPS
- Here’s how to tell the two flowmeter failure modes apart: if the wheel spins freely but doses drift, suspect the o-ring letting water bypass it (see our flowmeter o-ring). If the wheel is stiff, ticking, or won’t spin smoothly by hand, or one of the magnets has chipped or lost strength, the impeller itself is the problem, replace it rather than the seal.
