Nuova Simonelli Three-Hole 50mm Grinder Burr Set
After-market 50 x 30 x 7.5 mm right-hand rotation burr set (Nuova Simonelli doesn’t manufacture its own burrs, these are Eureka-made, the same OEM that supplies Simonelli). This is the three-hole mounting version.

INSTALLATION
DIY-feasible for an experienced home technician, but burr alignment and dosing recalibration afterward benefit from a technician’s touch.
PRO TIPS
- Check your existing burr set before ordering, Simonelli/Eureka produced these grinders with both this three-hole mount and an earlier two-hole version, and the two-hole burrs and mounting hardware are now completely out of production, so a three-hole burr won’t retrofit a two-hole carrier.
